Jian is an award-winning visual content creator with more than 50 international recognitions, such as a Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting grant(D.C.) , an Overseas Press Club Foundation scholarship(NYC) , and the National Arts Fund (Beijing). He is the juror for the Siena International Photo Awards (Italy) and the World Water Day Photo Contest on climate change (Italy).
In the office, he is a dynamic Creative Manager and Producer with over 16 years of extensive experience in visual production within the e-commerce, retail, and media sectors, driving the creation of impactful content. Proven expertise in project management and content production ensures timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints while fostering innovation and collaboration among diverse teams. Skillful in managing complex projects across various production stages, building strong cross-functional relationships, and cultivating talent to achieve outstanding results. He is a Studio Production Lead at HSN, a former Creative Manager at ByteDance, Producer at Magnum Photos, and Photo Editor at News Corp.
